This week Guest Instructor Pshem Polakowski will be at the studio teaching a samba group class from 7-8pm. This is a great opportunity to learn Samba or even improve your dancing!

“Pshem Polakowski is from Poland and loves sports, strength exercises, and especially dancing :)

Phsem is a LESMILLS core and Bodypump instructor with a history training in Latin and standard dancing for many years as well as teaching a range of dance classes in numerous styles.

He is loud, energetic, and dynamic. To truly experience him as an instructor it is best to go to his classes, regardless of your level where he will share a range of technique, important knowledge of fitness and dance, while giving you the opportunity to laugh while practicing. He looks forward to share his knowledge during his visit to Denver.”

Group Admission:

$15 - Per person for the class 

If you attend the class and you are not on a package of lessons at the studio, stay for the social dance party from 8-9:30 PM for an extra $5 

We also have a punch card you can purchase for: 

$125 if you are a package holder or 

$140 if you are not on a package 

**Punch cards include 11 group classes** 

Note: Social Dances after the class are free for students on a package of lessons
